Why You Should Walk Up the Stairs

Lead a Sedentary Life and See the Pounds Pile Up
Today is the final episode of our miniseries on how to put on as much body fat as possible. So, the final thing I want you to do to put on as much weight as possible in the next couple of weeks is to lead a very, very sedentary life. So, what you should do in the next couple of days, I want you to make sure that you park very close to your house so you don’t walk very far to your car. You get in your car, you drive to work, you park as close to work as possible. You get out of the car and you walk very slowly to your office where you’ll take the elevator because you don’t want to walk. You don’t want to expend any extra effort, you don’t want to be too energy. You go up to your desk. You’ll sit and you’ll work away.

Consume Lots of Processed Carbohydrates and Sweets
And then you’re going to sit and eat at your desk. You’re going to have a nice packaged sandwich from M&S or wherever. You’re going to sit at your desk, you’re going to eat. And then you’re going to carry on with your work, and you’ve obviously had a few coffees with some sugar chucked in there as well. Obviously, you’ve got some milk as well. Then you’re going to have a few pastries, a few cakes in the mid-afternoon. Because you’re dipping and you need to pick yourself up to finish off your work. Then, you’re going to simply go home and cook a nice big meal of pasta and meatballs or whatever it is, and then you’re going to sit and watch TV. And that’s all you need to do to put on a lot of weight.

Do the Opposite to Lose Weight and Body Fat
So, hopefully you’ve got from this little series what I don’t want you to do. I want you to do the opposite of that. I want you to park far away from your work. I want you to walk in. I want you to walk up the stairs. I do not want you to have a sandwich. And this is all if you want to lose weight. So, I hope you got value from one of these things and you’ve learned a little bit of perhaps what not to do. Or if you want to put on weight for any film role or whatever you need to do occasionally, perhaps you’d follow these steps. But, let me know your comments.
