Most gyms don't let you form the healthy habits you need to because you don't enjoy it! We exist to solve this problem.

The DVCC is for men and women that want to lose weight and get fit, but not in a normal gym.

Hello and welcome back to Life Long Fitness, where we help you navigate your forties and beyond.


I don't like gyms. That is. I mean, I've heard that so many times over the years and that's why it is for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit, but don't want to do it in a normal gym because a normal gym for a lot of our clients isn't the environment where they feel comfortable.


It's not the environment that allows them to form a fitness habit to and become consistent to achieve their goals because they don't feel comfortable, they don't enjoy being there. And what happens is they they stick to it for a month because they're basically persevering. They're forcing themselves to go because they think, well, this is know, this is the way I get fit.


Because ultimately, we've all been told, you get fit in a gym and we think in a normal gym, big box gym. But then after a month, they find themselves losing motivation and pretty much very quickly their fitness journey grinds to a halt because the place that is heralded as the fitness answer isn't designed for them. It designed for 21 year olds, 22 year olds, young boys and girls that feel comfortable in that big, loud, cavernous environment.


And ultimately our clients, you know, who are from 40 through to 88, that's not for them. I probably had this from hundreds of people over the years now, and we completely get it on them. The pelvis was one of these people, actually. In fact, she didn't like normal gyms, doesn't like normal gyms. It doesn't like being in environments with loads of people, with lots of people, because obviously these big box gyms, you have 5000 members.


That's how they run and you go to them and there's hundreds of people at busy times. And if you don't feel comfortable in large groups, the big box gym is not the place for you. And and so that was having this experience. She tried it, but she soon realized it never really stuck into her routine. And the fact that she didn't look forward to going is obviously a huge part of that.


And but thankfully, having to found us personal training, DVCC personal training, gyms where we always know your name and we only allow a certain number of clients at any one time. And she found that it was her answer to all of her problems.


So I think the ability to book in a time and a day that works for calendar was one of the or is one of the main benefit points for her and it's the 1 to 1 support every time that she comes in and it's really helped to skyrocket her goals.


So as I said, she's already lost her first goal or achieved her first goal of losing a stone, but she's now back ready, new goals, new rejuvenation, and her next goal is set. And so if you like PROVENDER and and many of our members and clients who categorically doesn't like gym doesn't like what they are designed like doesn't like and perhaps the person that they are suited best for and wants somewhere that you can feel comfortable that knows that you don't want to be a fitness Instagram influencer who takes photos themselves in front of the mirror and you want just to feel healthier, be healthier and lose weight and be the best that you can


be. But you want to be amongst people who are like minded and then perhaps you see might be your answer. We're not a normal gym. We for men and women who want to lose weight, get fit but don't want to do it, and a normal gym and our community attracts that and supports that.
