It’s very interesting to discuss where our views on how much progress which you make when we’re talking about fat loss or weight loss come from and actually when you look into it, a lot of our views come from the advertising from watching TV and all, signaling the different sorts of dieting, from Weight Watchers, from LighterLife, from Slimming World, and seeing all the outrageous weight losses and things like that that people see on the TV, I mean “Biggest Loser” where people are losing stones practically stones in a week, give us unrealistic expectations and actually unrealistic opinions about what is actually healthy for us. So let’s learn what is actually sustainable.
