Hi. This is Mark Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre. In today’s video, I’m going to give you some perhaps strange tips on how to reduce the symptoms of menopause.

Eat 100 Grams of Dark Chocolate Every Day and Keep Menopause Symptoms Away
To reduce some of the main symptoms of the menopause, what I want you to do is to use 70% and above dark chocolate and have a maximum of 100 grams a day. But I want you to have 100 grams a day of dark chocolate.

Shave It and Shove It In
Now the best way to do this is to shave the dark chocolate so you can put it on the top of your tongue and push it against the top of your mouth. This is going to help the antioxidants contained in this chocolate go to your bloodstream a lot quicker.
