Why You Shouldn't Cook With Olive Oil [100 Words]

Olive oil is a very healthy oil. It contains a lot of beneficial compounds and different benefits but the problem olive_oil_16x9with cooking with it is it has a low "smoking point", which means it will lose all of those excellent properties when you heat it.

Infact, some of those healthy properties can essentially flip and become not so healthy by heating it to a higher temperature than you should.
