How Sumit Lost 30lbs in 10 months!

When Sumit and his family relocated from London last year, one of his goals was to begin focusing on his own health and fitness.

Like many of us, he had tried gyms before, but didn’t really know what he was doing when he got there. He would go, get on a treadmill for a few minutes, and go home. Eventually, he lost his motivation, so stopped training…



Until he tried personal training and nutrition coaching!

Like many of us, Sumit was under the impression that because he was 'working out', he could eat whatever he wanted...But (unfortunately) our bodies don't quite work like that.

Working alongside our in house nutritionists, we were able to help slowly introduce beneficial, nutritional habits into his day!

All of these habits and accountability soon added up and allowed to lose over 30lbs of body fat in just 10 months!
