Shopping & Ingredients List:
- 1 pack of Debbie & Andrews Sausages, chopped into pieces
- 50g Black Grapes
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp dried Oregano
- ½ Red Cabbage, shredded and chopped
Method
- In large frying pan, add chopped sausages & oil. Brown for about 5 mins over medium flame.
- Add chopped cabbage & allow it to sweat down. Add balsamic vinegar & oregano and cont. to cook for a further 10 mins.
- Add grapes. Allow to cook for 5 mins.
