Gary had never considered personal training.

He had always been sporty, but generally considered training more of a solitary thing.

After picking up a few injuries through various other sports throughout his life, Gary was told he needed to change to something low impact. Not wanting to lose his strength, he decided he was ready for a challenge…

…Since joining us, Gary has been able to convert 7lbs of body fat to muscle!

“That felt like a real big success to me!”

He is now pushing himself with every session and thanks to the kind and motivating community around him, he is seeing more and more results every day!
