Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 1 pack of Debbie & Andrews Sausages, chopped into pieces
  • 50g Black Grapes
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp dried Oregano
  • ½ Red Cabbage, shredded and chopped

Method

  1. In large frying pan, add chopped sausages & oil. Brown for about 5 mins over medium flame.
  2. Add chopped cabbage & allow it to sweat down. Add balsamic vinegar & oregano and cont. to cook for a further 10 mins.
  3. Add grapes. Allow to cook for 5 mins.
