We bring over twenty years of experience to the personal training and gym industry and are the only group of gyms in the UK specialising in fitness for those aged forty and over.
While younger clients do join us of course, our primary mission is to help people who feel out of place in large gyms, have had personal trainers who don’t meet their needs, or are unsure how to get started on their fitness journey.
