Yes, we often attract younger men and women too, but our mission is to support those who feel out of place in impersonal, large gyms, have experienced personal trainers who don’t cater to their individual needs, or are simply unsure where to start on their fitness journey.

I would never have recovered from injury without the support of the Trainers and the other clients at the Hitchin gym. If you want to see real results but lack motivation you need to train with a PT in the room. Plus the rest of the class shouting and cheering you on! We laugh so much, I have never laughed in any other gym. After 4 years I am still training with many of the same people - it is a very positive dimension to the experience. If you hate the idea of going to the gym, come to The Training Gyms- like a gym but much more laughing
