Your Healthiest Snacks - Kale & Sweet Potato Crisps

Do you always struggle to know what to snack on? Do you find that by the time mid-afternoon comes along you are desperate for something sweet?

Its a common problem, and it is often this "snacking" that causes people to derail their weight loss efforts. A naughty afternoon snack often leads to a not so healthy dinner, and lets not talk about pudding!

Never fear The DVCC snacks are here. Follow this super simple and quick recipe to ensure you never have to reach for the chocolate or Walkers crisps to curb your hunger. See our healthy chicken lettuce wraps for another healthy option.

Sweet Potato Crisps

  • Slice your sweet potato into thick round slices

  • Place on a baking tray and add 1/2 a tablespoon of Coconut Oil (unflavoured)

  • Sprinkle with salt and paprika

  • Cook for 15 minutes

Kale Crips

  • Spread Kale on to baking tray

  • Add 1/2 a tablespoon of Coconut Oil (unflavoured)

  • Sprinkle with salt and paprika

  • Cook for 10 minutes

Pack into tuppaware and take wherever you are for a tasty and healthy snack!
