Yoggie Chicken Kebabs

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 300g diced Chicken Breast
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Lemon cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 Courgette cut into chunks
  • 8 small Bay Leaves
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Method

  1. Place chicken, yogurt & olive oil in bowl & combine.
  2. Thread chicken, lemon wedges, courgettes onto 4 skewers.
  3. Barbeque or grill for about 15 minutes.
