What Sort Of Magnesium Should I Buy?

Written by Stephen Gray | 18/09/14 17:00

The problem that we have found is when something becomes popular such as magnesium, and the health benefits are recognized, it causes a lot of companies to start competing in trying and dupe customers into buying their often cheaper option.

The thing with magnesium is that it is only certain types of magnesium that actually have the beneficial impact on your body.

The type of magnesium that you want are known as chelates. These are types of magnesium that are actually joined to an amino acid which will help its absorption in your body.

The definite type of magnesium that you DO NOT want to have is something called magnesium oxide.

This is because it is only good at making you go to the toilet...quickly!

It won't replenish your magnesium levels very effectively and therefore won't have the beneficial impact on your health that you are actually looking to have by taking it.

The types you want to look at are magnesiumATE. For example, bi-glycinate. A magnesium that ends with A-T-E. That means it is a magnesium chelate, it is joined to something else and not just magnesium oxide.

DVCC has its own chelated magnesium. Please speak with your Transformation Expert to get yours.
