Hi.  This is Stephen Gray from the DoubleVision Conditioning Centre.  Today, I’m going to be talking about Intermittent Fasting.

How to Do Intermittent Fasting
Intermittent Fasting is where you basically go for certain set period of time without any sorts of food.  So this can be in the form of 24-hour, sometimes 36-hour, or just 16- or 8hour fast.  Now it’s actually not unusual, it has been around for hundreds, in fact thousands of years.  In fact, everyone intermittent fasts every night.  It’s actually called sleep.  But it’s becoming to be popular in the media very, very recently with the 2day diet.  Now I’m going to be speaking about this in the further video, so look out for that too, look at my views on what this 2-day diet is.
