Weekend EMOM Workout!

Get your Friday off to a big start with our EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workout. A quick and simple workout that can be done absolutely will get you nicely set up for the weekend!

We'll be doing 3 exercises, restarting each round as every minute passes.
πŸ’ͺ🏻10 Jump Squats
πŸ’ͺ🏻10 Press ups
πŸ’ͺ🏻Jump lunges until minute ends
πŸ’ͺ🏻 No matter where you are in the routine, as soon as you hit the minute mark, restart from the beginning.
πŸ’ͺ🏻Repeat for up to 20 minutes.

This is a really fun one and is even better if you get a friend or work colleague involved! Have fun with it! 😁
