Weekday workout: Fat shredding workout! 😲

In today's weekend warrior, Joanna will be running you through a routine which will give you a great workout!

We’ll be looking at 4 exercises, doing 45 seconds of each:

  • Renegade Row Burpees
  • Bodyweight Deadlift
  • Pushup Jacks
  • High Knees

 

Seriously intense but highly effective! The perfect way to get your week off on the right foot!
