Then get your week off to a great start with this quick workout, all you'll need is a set of dumbbells! 😁

We'll be doing: 
💪🏻Kneeling Tall Dumbbell Press x10
💪🏻Squat to Dumbbell Press x10
💪🏻Half Knee Armoured Press x10
💪🏻45 seconds rest
💪🏻Repeat for 4 rounds
