Below I outline 3 quick tips to help tone your toosh, and give you that shapely behind that you have always wanted.

Number One is to eat a lot of broccoli. Broccoli will basically allow your body to get rid of estrogens. When you have too many estrogens in your body, you'll find you'll store fat around your bum and legs. 

Number Two is to stretch your hip flexors (muscles by your groin). If your hip flexors are too tight, then it will mean that your glute muscles won't work correctly.

Therefore if you stretch your hip flexors, it will mean that you'll be able to use more of your glutes (bum), and the muscles around your glutes.

Number Three is to squat. Squats are very big exercises, not only will they help you lose body fat but they will also activate the muscles in your glutes when done correctly and will result in a toned and more tight tush.
