The Food-Related Adverts on Saturday Mornings 

In today’s video, I’m going to give you the facts from a study that are probably one of the reasons that child obesity is increasing year by year. Did you know that 9 out of 10 food-related adverts on a Saturday morning – so that’s children’s television – are actually by companies that give children poor food choices. That’s McDonalds, Subway and those kind of things. 9 out of 10 of all of those food-related adverts are for poor food companies. That means that your child or children are getting indoctrinated by all of these advertising companies and these food companies to eat their bad food.

Children Want What They See on TV 

And that’s probably one of the reasons that children start wanting to eat McDonalds or wanting to eat Subway. Because realistically, until they see it on the TV, they don’t know what it’s like.
