So you are eating correctly, you are exercising, you are doing everything right that you believe to lose weight and you are not losing weight, very frustrating, but what could be the reason you are not losing the weight you want?

Storing Unwanted Fats Because Your Stomach Sees Them As An Intolerance
It is your stomach and no, I do not mean your stomach just by looking at it, I mean the inside of your stomach, your GI tract, your gastrointestinal tract – say that backwards. Okay, so basically what you eat and put into your body has either a positive or a negative effect and often people do not realize that some of the foods that they are eating, that are apparent health foods, could actually be causing them an issue with their stomach and actually making them store fats around their stomach because your body sees them as an intolerance. So in a few videos along now I am going to explain how you can eliminate these or find out what they are and then actually the massive difference it will have to your body because this is going to help you lose fat from your stomach but also help you feel massively different.
