In today’s weekday workout, Joe takes you through 3 exercises, all working on various muscle groups and control.

We’ll be doing:

💪🏻Dumbbell squats to press
💪🏻Three point stance rows
💪🏻Strict dumbbell presses

 

10x reps of each and four sets.

You’ll definitely be breaking a sweat by the end of this one! So give it a go and let us know how you get on.
