A teaching assistant with 3 children of her own, Suzanne now attends sessions with her 17 year old daughter, meaning the duo are able to spend sessions in each other's company, whilst also having fun and getting fitter at the same time! šš©āš§

I originally joined after having a baby, who is now 6 years old. At the time I was in quite a volatile relationship and he was quite controlling so I ended up leaving because of the controlling relationship.He is now history and I came back wanting to get myself back andI've found myself again with The DVCC.
The trainers do shout, but it's shouting in a fun way, it's not shouting "Come on do it!" It's in a fun way of sort of joking around and there's lots of fun to be had. My 17 year old daughter comes here too now and she was very apprehensive about coming but she actually looks forward to coming now, and when she thinks "I don't want to come tonight" I actually push her to come and then she says to me afterwards"Oh, I feel better for coming now!"
