Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 150ml Almond Milk
  • 50g Kale
  • 100g Pineapple, in chunks
  • ½ large ripe Avocado
  • 150g Silken Tofu
  • 3+ ice cubes

Method

  1. In a high-powered blender blend until smooth.
  2. Add cold water if it's too thick. Serve and drink immediately.
