Stuffed Dates

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 12 Pitted Dates

  • 12 Walnut Halves

  • 3 tbsp Red Wine

  • 4 tbsp Honey

  • Grind of Black Pepper

Method
1. Stuff each date with a piece of walnut. Arrange in single layer in large non-stick frying pan.
2. Whisk together wine & honey. Pour over dates. Grind over black pepper.
3. Heat dates until skin begins to peel back a little. Set aside to cool before serving.
