Strawberry Granita

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 500g Strawberries, sliced

  • 3 tsp Honey*

  • 240ml unsweetened Apple Juice

*Vegan use agave

Method
1. Put strawberries in a bowl, pour honey over & allow to sit a room temperature for 30 mins.
2. Place stawberries into blender or food processor & blend until smooth.
3. Mix with apple juice & pour into shallow baking dish. Freeze for around 30 mins.
4. Scrape frozen edges into centre & return to freezer. Do this process every 20 mins 2-3 times before serving in small glasses or dishes as a dessert.
