Smoked Salmon Omelette

Serves: 2

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 110g Smoked Salmon

  • 4 large Eggs

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

  • 2 tbsp Chives or Parsley, chopped

Method
1. Heat non-stick frying pan. Add oil.
2. Whisk eggs in a bowl & add to the pan.
3. Cook until bottom as set, add salmon & chives, cook for 1-2 mins more.
4. Fold in half then cut into 2 before serving.
