Slider based workout

Working out doesn't always have to be dull, this sliding routine will be sure to put a smile on your face as you scoot around the floor!

We'll be doing:
💪🏻Mountain climbers x30 seconds
💪🏻Reverse Lunges, 5 on each side and repeat for x30 seconds
💪🏻Hamstring curls x30 seconds
💪🏻Have 30 seconds rest and repeat 5 times!
