This simple workout will be sure to get your heart rate up, without the need to even leave the house! 😁

Today we're talking you through a gravity based workout. All of these exercises are completed on the floor and require absolutely no equipment, ideal for beginners!

Here's the routine:
💪🏻Press ups x10
💪🏻Cross body mountain climbers x10
💪🏻10 metre bear crawl and back
💪🏻Repeat 4 times!
