If there is one thing from this article for you to take away it is that green tea should be a beverage which you consume at least 3/4 times per day. Green tea has high levels of catechin antioxidants which help to promote fat loss.

Green tea has been shown in many studies to help burn 3/4% more calories a day...And now that manufactuers have got involved there are plenty of tasty flavours so you will never get bored (Note:Blueberry green tea is my new favourite)

Chilli peppers

Cooking with chilli peppers or hot peppers has been shown in studys to decrease hunger while also increasing fat burning and the overall calorific burn in the body (how many calories you burn at rest).

The reason that peppers help fat burning is due to a bio active compound called capsaicin. If you are not a fan of spicy food you can buy capsaicin as a supplement...Simply go to any good health store.

Meat

A lot of protein sources such as eggs and meat have very beneficial nutrients which will aid fat loss. They can also help you prevent food craving as specific hormones are triggered when you eat protein sending signals to the brain letting you know you are full.

Carnitine is a strong fat burner, it carrys fat into the cells so it can be used as energy by the body. To get the best results from carnitine try to take it on with some omega 3 fats as this will help it load in the muscles.
