Today we’re talking you through a simple AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) routine that is ideal for anyone just starting their fitness journey or someone looking to challenge themselves.

We’ll be doing:
💪🏻TRX Pull ups x5
💪🏻Press ups x10
💪🏻Air Squats x20
💪🏻Repeat for as many rounds as you can
