Salmon Dip

Serves: 4

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 170g Smoked Salmon

  • 1 small Avocado

  • 100g Onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

  • ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper

  • ½ tsp Curry Powder

Method
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor by pulsing so still chunky.
2. Place in a jar & refrigerate for at least an hour before serving as a dip with vegetable crudites or as a spread.
