Real Hot Chocolate

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 1ltr Milk

  • 50g 70% Dark Chocolate, grated

  • 1 Vanilla Pod

Method
1. Pour milk into a saucepan. Split the vanilla pod lengthways to reveal the seeds & then add it to the milk.
2. Add the chocolate, heat gently until all the chocolate has melted & mix is small. Whisk until mixture boils. Remove pod from pan. Pour the drink into cups & serve immediately.
