Quick-Fire Questions With Joe Au

Josh:  Hi, I'm Josh from the DVCC. Today I'm going to be speaking to Joe Au who has been training at the DVCC since February this year. In the 3 months that Joe has been training at the DVCC he has *lost a *stone of body fat and gone from 21% bodyfat to 14%.

Josh:  How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

Joe:  I am 39

Josh:  Do you have any children? if so how old are they?

Joe:  Yes, I have a 4 year old boy.

Josh:  What do you do for a living?

Joe:  Like a lot of people nowadays I work from home- in front of a computer for most of the time.

Josh:  Previous to joining the DVCC what exercise experience did you have?

Joe:  Excluding the exercise I did in school in my teens, i haven't taken up any regular exercise.

Josh:  What were your goals before joining the DVCC?

Joe:  I was hoping to tone up and *lose my belly.

Josh:  How did you find the training at the DVCC?

Joe:  I have built muscle, *lost approx 3 inches from my waist, *lost good part of my belly, and put in a lot of hard work to achieve it!!

Josh:  Do you feel differently now compared to when you first joined the DVCC?

Joe:  I think the most important change i have seen is self confidence; when you feel you are in shape and have more confidence in yourself and you will ultimately feel better. I am now fitter and healthier than before and now I feel more motivated in the day.

Josh:  If you could give a few words of advice to someone who may be in the position you were in before joining the DVCC, what would they be?

Joe:  Do it! You will not know until you have tried it.
