"My fitness regime started about 15 years ago where I was always very consistant with attending a class around 4 times a week.

Unfortunately I suffered three breakages to my metatarsal bones over the last few years following a fixtation with running. I also became home based which made me even more lazy and which in turn has changed my body shape and weight.

I have to work away often in my job and that also unfortunately means it is not always easy for me to eat and drink as well as I could (the joys of working for a Brewery!).I joined DVCC after seeing some of their posts on Facebook and knew I had to kick start myself back to a place where I felt comfortable and happy. My initial interest in DVCC was having a more 1-1 based style training as I always used to get confused about weight training at the gym and I never really pushed myself.

The sessions are different week to week and the PT's and other members make me feel really welcome and I never feel uncomfatable. Yes the sessions are tough but in the last few weeks I have started seeing noticabel differences to my body shape and I feel so much better in myself.

I am eating better and I feel so motivated to keep going and to further improve some of the areas that I am still not 100% happy with.

So thanks to DVCC for helping me achieve my goals and keeping my focused and motivated."
