250g fresh Cranberries
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
½ Orange, juice & zest*
2 tbsp Caster Sugar
pinch of All Spice
* extra zest fro servings
Method
1. Tip all the ingredients into a saucepan & bring to a simmer. Stir for about 10 minutes until the cranberries have burst.
2. Leave to cool. Sprinkle with a little of orange zest.
