Papaya Protein Smoothie

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 1 small Papaya
  • 1 Apple
  • 5 Dates, pitted
  • 10 Pecans
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 50ml Almond Milk
  • few Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds and roughly chop.
  2. Chop the apple.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
