The NEW New Year Resolution

Tired of watching your New Year Resolution pass you by? Try this!

This year write 3 things you will achieve in the first 3 months. Actually write it down, this helps cement it in your mind. We're going to break your goals up into smaller, more manageable chunks. We also believe just one isn't enough, you're more than capable of working towards multiple goals at the same time and this gives you the chance to find a win in more than one place.

The goals must be reasonable and achievable, don’t give yourself the same goal you would for 12 months but with a quarter of the time! The purpose is to create a sense of urgency that requires immediate action. There is no waiting a month or two to start here.

Most New Year Resolutions fail because we feel we have forever to get it done, therefore we never actually do it. The road is too long.

Take ownership of your goals and the journey to get there.

Once you’ve achieved these goals, set another 3 for the next three months. Or perhaps you hone in on one. The point is to line yourself up to WIN consistently and ride the high throughout the year, from one win to the next.
