Marilize had tried all of the diets, but frequently found herself back at square one over and over again.
 
She was tired of starving herself and getting no-where, so wanted something more sustainable.
 
That’s when Marilize signed up to the 12 Week Nutrition & Accountability programme.
 
By working with Nutrition Coach Nikki, she has been able to adapt her lifestyle into small daily habits that are helping her achieve the results that she has been looking for, for so long.
 
Now Marilize is continuing to develop a sustainable relationship with her nutrition and she doesn’t even have to give up her favourite foods.
