Mahesh, 54, is a father of three whose hectic job involved a lot of sitting down and very little movement...
As someone who had always kept reasonably healthy, Mahesh was triggered to make a change when he saw a photo of himself during the summer of 2020.
He knew then, that he needed to make a CHANGE and become the best version of himself....
"So I decided to do something to improve myself"
And that was that, for Mahesh, he got the bug and now....
