Losing someone close to you is never easy.

Lorraine felt like her spark had gone, she had lost all enthusiasm for anything and began to steadily isolate herself…

…But thanks to the love and support from her family, she has managed to rediscover her lust for life and is now spending more time doing the things she loves most. ❤️

"We had a sudden bereavement in the family which hit me hard. I lost my enthusiasm for pretty much doing anything really.

My spark had gone, my husband and my family said

"Mum, you've lost something and you need to do something about it.”

My daughter Lottie, she kept saying to me: "Mum, please come to my gym, please come to my gym” She was so enthusiastic about it. Eventually I gave in and after two weeks I knew that I was going to join and that it was right for me and it was exactly what I needed.

The trainers are absolutely amazing. They are so supportive, the way they concentrate on your technique on every exercise that you do.

I'm healthier, I'm fitter and my mental state has improved beyond belief. I have a spark, I love coming to the gym, which I never ever thought I would ever do. I came here and that lifted me out of my grief really, it really has been a life changer for me.

My two daughters are my world, I'm so proud of both of them. They are what makes me get up every day and keep carrying on.”
