Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 35g Porridge Oats*
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp Flax Meal
  • 2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 chopped Date
  • 200ml Almond Milk

*can use gluten-free if required

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a jar. Add milk.
  2. Leave overnight in fridge.
