Kevin had been trying to lose weight, but like many of us, when work and life got in way, things were put on hold…

…Until one day something popped up on Kevin’s feed and he thought it was time to give something new a try.

One month in and Kevin had already lost a stone! He found himself being more active, eating better and drinking less. His entire lifestyle had begun to change!

Fast forward to now and Kevin has managed to lose over 4 stone! More and more people who he doesn’t see for months are noticing his amazing transformation!

Even when he was suffering with a knee injury, that didn’t stop Kevin from training! Instead, we were able to adapt every exercise to suit him to make sure he was still progressing towards his goals!

"I had been trying to lose weight, I'd thought about joining gyms, but I just hadn’t with work and things, so I just took the opportunity when this thing popped up on Facebook, I thought "Well I’ll give it a go!”

I did a lot in the first month, lost quite a lot of weight, about a stone. I did go out and join the tennis, and I did a lot of walking, I changed my diet, I gave up a lot of alcohol, so I did a lot more than just come to the gym. But that was all encouraged because it's about lifestyle change!

I have lost four stone, I was 18 stone in January, I'm now 14 stone, or 13’9 People who I don't see for six months a year and suddenly they see me and it is like ‘Wow!' People are noticing and yeah, it's a nice feeling!

It's not about competing with each other, you compete with yourself, so you're only fighting what you are doing. I injured my knee so I couldn’t play football for about 2 months and I was struggling to walk to be honest and things. They changed the exercises, so everybody would be doing one exercise and I’d be doing another and it all is encouraging.

Everyone is really friendly, all of the instructors are great, I haven't had a bad moment really, everything has been good! It is so friendly and it is like a family!"
