Hi. This is Stephen from TheDVCC.com. Today, I am going to be talking about how to lose fat from your hips.

Where is Your Suprailiac?

So when I say hips, I am actually talking about the little bit on the side of your body, so right on the side that a lot of people are having trouble with losing. Now this part of your body is called suprailiac, it is actually directly correlated to the type and the amount of carbohydrates you are having.

Healthier Alternative Sources of Carbohydrates

So the most simple, the easiest way to lose fat from your hips is actually to swap any carb sources you are having, such as pasta, white potatoes, white rice, things like that – swap them with either really green leafy vegetables or sweet potato. Now they would the most efficient way to lose fat from your hip area. They are much, much healthier forms of carbohydrate. I know a lot of people get confused but they do not actually realize that yes, green leafy vegetables are a type of carbohydrate, they are just very, very fibrous. So what we can try and do is bringing in more fibre into your diet and that is really going to decrease your hip areas specifically.

Swapping Carbo with Fibre-Rich Foods

So literally think about swapping any white foods in the sense of white potatoes, white rice, white past – swap them with either green leafy vegetables, cruciferous types of vegetables, broccoli, curly kale, spinach, things like that or sweet potato and you are going to find that you are going to lose weight very, very quickly from your hip area and you are actually going to be a lot more energetic.
