Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • Tuna Steaks
  • Green Tea bags, split open
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  1. Dip each side of the steak into green tea.
  2. Heat griddle over high flame.  Add oil. Sear sides of each tuna steak for 2 mins. Serve with salad.
