Greek Turkey Burgers

Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 500g Turkey Mince
  • 150g Feta, crumbled
  • 100g Green Olives, chopped
  • 4 Spring Onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp dried Oregano
  • Black Pepper, to own taste
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil, for greasing

Method

  1. Preheat grill to a medium-high heat. Can also use a bbq.
  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, feta cheese, olives, oregano & pepper. Mix together, form into patties.
  3. Lightly oil the cooking grate or rack. Place patties on rack. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
