Shopping & Ingredients List:

  • 150g 85% Dark Chocolate
  • Strawberries, cut into pieces
  • 12 cubes of Cantaloupe Melon
  • 1 Kiwi, diced
  • 10-20 Blueberries
  • 10-20 Raspberries

Method

  1. Need 12 small skewers.
  2. In a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water break chocolate into pieces & melt.
  3. Meanwhile thread alternative fruit onto the skewers.
  4. Decant the melted chocolate into a ramekin and dip the fruit skewers into the chocolate.
