Here's all you need:
💪🏻Juice of 1 lime
💪🏻1tbsp melted coconut oil
💪🏻1 large head of fennel, thinly sliced
💪🏻Small bag of watercress
💪🏻50g walnuts
1) Whisk together lime and coco oil. Add fennel and toss to coat, leave to marinate for 10 mins.
2) Add watercress and walnuts into the bowl and toss together
3) Serve and enjoy!
