Today we have a question from Lucinda: “Will running help me lose weight?”
Long distance running is also bad for your joints, due to the constant impact on your knees and your hips. Long distance running also elevates your cortisol levels, which has an inverse relationship with your testosterone. With your cortisol levels elevated, your hormones won’t work ultimately, in terms of losing body fat.
So the question of the week guys is, what type of running do you enjoy?
