So lets get into it, first things first check out the amazing results we have had over the last week at the DVCC!

Awesome work from Vish!

Great work Matty! good from you losing over 10 lbs of fat.

Charly lost 4% of her body fat in 3 weeks despite going on holiday!

Smashing work from Laura! Great picture with her trousers she was wearing previously.

The question of the week is from Kerry.

Kerry asks why is heart rate training so beneficial?

Great question Kerry and thank you for asking it! Before I answer this question I'd just like to give you a little information about why we use heart rate training within our personal training sessions.

First of all heart rate based personal training hasn't been around in the UK for to long. To my knowledge the DVCC were the first place in the UK to use heart rate within personal training sessions.

Using heart rate has been around for a while, you may have seen heart rate sensors on treadmills and cross trainers in gyms before.

However using the heart rate monitors within personal training sessions allows the transformation expert to adapt your work and rest times according to how you are performing at that specific time. This allows for a higher level of personalisation within your session.

Athletes in america have been using heart rate based group personal training for couple of years. We are always looking for ways to make sure that our clients are receiving the most cutting edge training methods available and this type of training was something that really exited us as we knew it would help improve clients motivation and results.

The question of the week is how often do you train each week?

As always guys, If you have any questions please leave them in the comment section below and we will answer it in the future. Until next time, this is Lewis at DVCC. Have a great day.
